Yes — and we take this seriously. Every story is generated by an AI model that we've specifically instructed to produce G-rated, family-friendly content only. Before any story is written, we automatically screen your inputs (names, interests, locations) for anything unsuitable. The story generator itself is given strict rules: if anything looks out of place, it silently substitutes it with something wholesome — so you always get a safe, warm story. Our platform is built for families with children aged 4–10, and every decision we make reflects that.
🎂What ages are the stories suitable for?
Stories are calibrated to each child's age. Ages 4–5 get short, repetitive, sensory-rich sentences with a safe and magical world. Ages 6–7 get slightly more plot and a little gentle challenge. Ages 8–10 get richer vocabulary, real emotional depth, and genuine Australian facts woven naturally into the narrative. If you have children of different ages, each story is tailored individually to whoever it stars.

More than you might expect. You tell us your child's name, age, what they love, favourite Australian locations, and the vibe you're after. You can also add friends, cousins, or siblings as characters. Before payment, we show you a full Story DNA preview — and you can tap any location, activity, narrative arc, or character to swap it before a single word is written.
📻Can I use these on a Yoto player?

Each story is narrated by a warm Australian voice using ElevenLabs, one of the world's leading AI audio platforms. The voice is expressive but consistent — not robotic, not over-the-top.
